I have chosen to go with the Archos Android because it will be easier to afford. I am 109.00 short but hopefully it will work out!!

I have read good reviews about them, but I do hope your wish comes true. I blogged about apps for apple devices and shared some tips for free apps, both apple and android if it is any help to you. Don't want to be cheeky by linking it here. Jen
What type of app would benefit your son?
Does he like music? Maybe you could consider an iPod touch? It has a touch screen to help with fine motor skills, you can load it with age appropriate music and games plus it is wi-fi enabled. It is quite a but smaller than a tablet but are much more reasonably priced.
I looked at them and priced them. The Archo tablet is cheaper than the ipod. Go figure. But yes he loves music and I need to find an android communication app. I almost have enough to purchase so I think I am just going to wing it.
